Sanjay Banker
CEO
Sanjay Banker has over 25 years of experience as an operator, investor, consultant, and board director.
He joined Private Medical as CEO in 2024 to lead the company in its next chapter. Prior to Private Medical, Sanjay was President and CFO of Sonder, a high-growth, technology-enabled, global hospitality company, leading it from startup to a public offering. Previously, Sanjay spent 15 years as an investor, as a Partner at TPG Growth in San Francisco and a Principal at Bain Capital in Boston, leading teams investing in companies in the Technology, Media, Consumer and Industrial sectors. Sanjay began his career at McKinsey and Company advising Fortune 1000 clients across multiple sectors. Sanjay holds an MBA with High Distinction from the Harvard Business School and a BS summa cum laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
