Previously, he served as CFO at Fair Technologies (Fair.com), a fintech/marketplace car subscription business backed by SoftBank Group leading its transition to a fully digital transaction platform incorporating various services related to car ownership and the subsequent sale to a strategic buyer. Before Fair, he was CFO at XOJET Aviation, a large on-demand private jet services company backed by TPG and Mubadala, leading its transformation and turnaround efforts driving substantial growth and industry-leading profitability before the eventual sale to Vista Global. Earlier roles include Managing Director at SkyWorks Holdings, a global investment banking boutique focused on the transportation sector, and at Northwest Airlines for over 12 years in various senior management roles including VP Finance and VP International Regulatory Affairs. Mr. Long started his career at Continental Airlines in financial planning and analysis. He holds a finance and accounting degree from Kansas State University and an MBA from the University of Tulsa.
