Dr. Hadi Halazun earned his bachelor’s degree at Brown University before attending Columbia University’s College of Physicians & Surgeons earning both the Leonard Tow and Arnold Gold humanism awards.
Following medical school, he completed his internship and residency training in Internal Medicine at Columbia University Medical Center and stayed on for two years
as Assistant Professor of Medicine with the hospitalist group. Dr. Halazun completed his fellowship in Cardiology at Mount Sinai Heart and served as chief during his final year. Prior to joining Private Medical, he worked as assistant professor in Cardiology at Weill Cornell-New York Presbyterian.
